Thank you for visiting JoeyDeGraaf.com. There is something nice about a blank slate. Ahh the possibilities. I have been designing for the past 10 years, graduating from Utah State University in 2006. Actually I have been involved in art my whole life. I discovered art when I was in kindergarten. According to my parents I didn’t enjoy art, coloring, or crafts until one day I came home from school with a whale that I had drawn. I was so proud of the accomplishment that I kept drawing and I haven’t looked back. I do enjoy illustration, but I have found that my passion and love is in the commercial arts area. Especially branding, there is something amazing about visually compressing a company’s brand into a compact visual mark.
